What you will do to contribute to the company's success

Is responsible for break-fix troubleshooting of applications used internally by the organization on a daily basis. The position works in a queue-based ticketing system to prioritize and resolve application issues impacting several end users throughout the organization.
Gains familiarity with Service Desk and technical support concepts, practices and methodologies.
With guidance, performs routine support duties, including: Receiving, researching, resolving and/or escalating Remedy and email-based support requests, Supporting the development and integration of new equipment and applications within the Cable One phone infrastructure, Assists more senior team members with provision of Tier 1 user support

Qualifications

Experience with SQL, Excel, ITIL, ServiceNow and FSM are preferred
