Overview: As a Director of Annual Giving and Digital Marketing, you will use your expertise to provide support to clients from healthcare systems and academic medical centers, colleges and universities, arts and cultural organizations, and many other nonprofits to advance their missions. In this role, you will use your expertise to provide support to clients from healthcare systems and academic medical centers, colleges and universities, arts and cultural organizations, and many other nonprofits to advance their missions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in client services/customer success, annual and mid-level giving programs, and digital marketing across the nonprofit sector. This position will rely heavily on project management experience, ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, and proactive time management. The ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment, and accountability for various processes and projects is crucial. Excellent writing skills are critical to support projects that require written work product. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to engage with clients.
The director will work with client-facing engagement teams to conduct assessments and other consulting projects to advise clients on base-level giving strategy. This position will also serve as an account manager for agency clients, leading a full-service team delivering strategy, creative, and production for omnichannel campaigns.
This position works collaboratively with clients, consultants, and support staff. This position will frequently partner with and learn from industry-leading consultants as they help clients to discover solutions to their operational challenges.
