BWF Zuri is the nonprofit sector’s most comprehensive fundraising consulting firm, helping organizations thrive in a rapidly changing landscape. As donor participation declines, competition for attention intensifies, campaign goals get larger, and technology and AI continue to reshape engagement, nonprofits need partners who can deliver both vision and execution. That’s BWF Zuri.

We support every stage of the donor and donation journey, from the systems and programs that power engagement to the communications and strategies that inspire philanthropy, to the expertise required to secure transformational gifts and deliver exceptional donor experiences.

By combining deep industry expertise, innovative methodologies, and specialized talent, BWF Zuri helps organizations strengthen fundraising performance, deepen donor relationships, and create lasting impact in a new era of philanthropy.

BWF Zuri was established in 2026 by combining the two established companies of Bentz, Whaley, Flessner, and Associates and Zuri Group.

Overview: As a digital coordinator II at BWF Zuri, you will use your expertise and experience in digital marketing, content production, and project management to help nonprofit organizations across the country and the world strengthen their philanthropy efforts and advance their missions. This position is part of our Annual Giving and Digital Marketing team and will work closely with the firm’s Project Management Office (PMO).

This role focuses on the execution of paid digital campaigns across client engagements, while plugging into other workstreams—email, organic social, and web content—as assigned. The digital coordinator II will build, traffic, and optimize paid digital campaigns; produce campaign content and coordinate creative production with designers and video vendors; compile performance reports; and contribute to strategic and creative brief development.

Further, this position supports the day-to-day management of client projects, budgets and workplans, and works directly with both the BWF Zuri project team and our client partners. The role draws on previous experience in paid digital marketing and project management, with strong organization, communication, good judgment, and proactive time management. The ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment, and have accountability for various processes and projects is critical.
