Short Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across multiple countries, including the U.S. This role involves processing end-to-end payroll, administering Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, and ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end U.S. payroll processing and assist with international payroll activities.
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues accurately.
- Review and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and manage off-cycle payrolls.
- Ensure payroll deadlines are met and support compliance with payroll tax regulations.
- Support quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including audits and regulatory reporting.
- Administer Workday Payroll and Time Tracking, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Respond promptly to payroll inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop payroll documentation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive payroll experience and 3+ years with Workday payroll modules.
- Strong expertise in U.S. payroll tax compliance and expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
