Responsibilities
β Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
β Prepare user stories, use cases, and functional specifications

β Work closely with the development team on chatbot integration
β Analyze user behavior and feedback
β Improve response quality, accuracy, and user experience
β Prepare project status reports
β Support release planning and documentation
β Ensure requirements align with banking regulations
β Participate in an agile Scrum environment
MUST HAVE
β Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
β Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills
β Strong stakeholder management experience
β Strong communication and analytical skills
β Experience working in agile / Scrum environments
β Fluent English
β Good German is a plus
