Delivery Program Manager

About the Client

Our client is a global B2B technology provider specializing in sportsbook software and high-availability data solutions for international online sports platforms. Due to continued growth across international markets, they are seeking an experienced Delivery Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and align R&D execution with broader business strategy.

The Role

This position operates at the program level rather than managing single team-level projects. You will oversee multi-team workstreams, manage complex dependencies, and ensure key product and platform initiatives are delivered against strategic priorities and timelines. Acting as the critical bridge between technical execution and business objectives, you will work closely with Delivery Team Leads, Product Managers, and C-Suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, defining scope, tracking milestones, and managing risks across multiple R&D workstreams.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Product, and Business functions to ensure seamless execution from intake through to release.
• Drive sequencing and dependency management across multiple engineering squads and delivery leads.
• Unblock delivery teams, resolve program-level bottlenecks, and optimize processes to improve predictability and consistency.
• Establish clear milestone tracking, KPIs, and reporting cadences for executive stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in program or senior project management, with a track record of managing multi-squad delivery simultaneously.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in iGaming, fintech, or similar high-availability, heavily regulated tech environments is highly desirable.
• Delivery Knowledge: Deep understanding of the full SDLC, release management, go-live coordination, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket (knowledge of Jenkins and Grafana is a plus).
• Core Skills: Strong stakeholder management, proactive risk mitigation, and proven ability to navigate competing priorities at scale.
• Qualifications: Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certifications are preferred.
