Short Summary:
We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. This role combines hands-on technical skills with strategic problem-solving, working closely with various teams to deliver technical expertise and architect impactful solutions for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales to identify business opportunities aligned with our platform
- Collaborate with customers to understand their CI/CD architecture and workflows
- Design and deliver engaging demonstrations to showcase our capabilities
- Advise customers on migrating to Buildkite’s platform
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and Product Engineering
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Use storytelling to demonstrate value and guide customers
- Educate the Sales team to strengthen their product knowledge
- Represent Buildkite at industry events and conferences
- Close sales deals leveraging consultative technical expertise
Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Buildkite, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
- Experience with DevOps technologies including containerization and Infrastructure as Code
- Passion for learning new build technologies
- Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to solve problems and design tailored solutions
- Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
