What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

Partner with sales and recruiting teams to develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive customer growth, recruiting efforts, and lead generation.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, print materials, and other marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, launch, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including paid social media advertising.
Support website updates and improvements to enhance search engine optimization (SEO) and increase organic and paid traffic.
Design and prepare digital artwork, graphics, and marketing materials for print, digital, and video production.
Capture and edit photography and video content for marketing campaigns, company events, and recruiting initiatives.
Maintain and organize digital marketing assets, including photos, videos, graphics, and creative files.
Monitor marketing trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness and department productivity.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of one year of marketing experience, preferably with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
Working knowledge of website management platforms such as WordPress and SEO best practices.
Experience with graphic design, photography, and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred.
Experience with recruiting campaigns and lead generation preferred.
Experience with drone photography and videography preferred.
Willingness and ability to obtain an FAA Part 107 drone license if not already certified.
Experience using AI tools and training AI bots to improve productivity and marketing processes.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work outdoors and participate in photography, videography, and company events as needed.
