Social Media & Content Intern (f/m/x)

Love creating content and want to learn how a brand really works? We're looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to join our team and help bring BRUNA's jewelry to life. You'll be involved in the day-to-day of building our digital presence, a mix of creativity, coordination, and real responsibility. This role is remote-friendly, so you can join us from anywhere. Based in Vienna? Even better, but it's not a must. This internship is open year-round, so just let us know from when to when you'd like to join.

• Support content creation across platforms, including social media, website updates, ads, and newsletters
• Assist the content team with administrative and coordination tasks related to campaigns, product launches, and always-on communications
• Support shoot planning, such as creative research, sourcing creative talents, logistics, and props
• Capture and edit content for social media channels (photo and video)
• Help manage and update the image bank and sample tracker
• Coordinate assets, briefs, and approvals to keep content projects on track
• Support the sourcing and briefing of on-brand creators
• Support ad hoc content tasks as needed

• Highly structured and organised, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Driven and proactive, with a hands-on mindset and the ability to think ahead and move projects forward

• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Understanding of brand aesthetics, with a pristine eye for quality, details, and visual consistency

• Strong interest in the fashion landscape, cultural trends, and social media platforms

• Outgoing personality - you enjoy creating content both in front of and behind the camera

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in digital media, graphic design, marketing communications, social media, or related fields

• Portfolio showcasing your creative work (e.g., content creation for brands, personal social media projects, graphic design)

• Familiarity with graphic design programs and other content creation tools

• Proficient in English; German language skills are a plus

• Availability: Our social media internship is open year-round, with a minimum commitment of three months. Just let us know your preferred timeframe (start and end date), and we'll find the right fit together.

• Location: This internship is remote, so you can join us from anywhere. Vienna is a plus (a lot of our content is created in the store, so being close by makes onsite shoots and time with the local team easier) but it's not a requirement.

No portfolio? No problem. Feel free to share your Instagram or TikTok with us instead, we'd love to see what you create.

• Ownership & Impact: Join a small, ambitious team where your work directly shapes the trajectory of BRUNA. We empower everyone to take ownership and make a real difference.
• A Culture of Trust & Openness: We hire exceptional people and trust them to do their best work. Open communication, transparency, and collaboration aren't just values on a wall - they're how we operate every day.
• Rooted in Our Values: Our five core values guide everything we do: High Agency & Proactive Ownership, Radical Candor & Wholehearted Collaboration, Excellence with Momentum, Simple Thoughtful Distinct, and How We Evolve. They shape how we work, how we grow, and how we show up for each other every day.
• Investment in Your Growth: Your development matters to us. You'll have access to a dedicated learning budget and opportunities to grow your skills alongside the company.
• Flexibility & Autonomy: As a remote-first company, we believe your best work happens when you have the freedom to manage your time and environment. We trust you to make it work.
• High Standards, Strong Culture: We take hiring seriously - not just for skills, but for people who are passionate about delivering great work and winning as a team.
