Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and scale ML infrastructure end-to-end, including feature computation pipelines and training/deployment pipelines.
- Build observability and drift monitoring to detect model degradation in production.
- Evaluate and address selection bias in credit models.
- Explore using LLMs/agentic AI for feature generation and credit exploration.
- Collaborate with teams to build signals from data that identify creditworthy borrowers.
Requirement:
- Experience building ML applications with real users or open source projects.
- Strong skills in building machine learning models with structured and unstructured data.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (XGBoost, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy).
- Experience with SQL for feature extraction and analysis.
- Nice to have: GenAI/LLM experience, credit risk or lending domain experience, familiarity with Rust or compiled languages.
- Clear communication skills and a curiosity for new technologies.
