Senior Sales Representative - Regional Account Manager

As a Regional Account Manager here at Brady, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts within the western region. You will develop strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will impact the company’s market presence and revenue by effectively managing key accounts, expanding customer base, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

**You will report directly to our Western Region Sales Manager and you’ll work as a Fully Remote employee associated with our Phoenix AZ office.**

**This role will require that the candidate must be a US Citizen and or US Permanente Resident. We will not be able to provide Visa Sponsorship for this role. ** 

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned region to maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer support to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
