As a lead project manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding multiple teams. Our U.S. Government customer will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the special operations forces market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the special operations forces mission while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience working in the Special Operations Community, including USSOCOM Headquarters, TSOC or USSOCOM Component Headquarters

• Experience with managing projects using multiple funding streams

• Experience as a Project manager in technically focused projects or programs

• Knowledge of appropriations funding requirements and rules of use

• Ability to manage a geographically dispersed workforce

• Ability to build and present programmatic and technical briefs to stakeholders

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in a Joint environment

• Experience with cloud environments, Infrastructure-as-Cloud and application development

• Experience with Agile Methodology

• Experience with Jira

• Experience with data visualization and development

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
