OVERVIEW: The Locker Room Attendant at Boca West Country Club provides exceptional service by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the locker room facilities. This role involves assisting members and guests with their needs, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment, and supporting the smooth operation of the locker room and related amenities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Locker Room Maintenance & Organization

• Clean, organize, and maintain the locker room, showers, and surrounding facilities to ensure a neat and hygienic environment.
• Ensure lockers, benches, and common areas are tidy and in good condition.
• Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities regularly.

Member & Guest Assistance

• Greet members and guests warmly, offering assistance with lockers, towels, and amenities.
• Provide courteous and professional support, responding promptly to member requests.
• Assist with the distribution and collection of towels and other supplies.

Facility Support & Safety

• Monitor the locker room for safety hazards and cleanliness issues, reporting them to management.
• Enforce club policies regarding locker room use, etiquette, and safety.
• Support the operation of showers, steam rooms, and other amenities, ensuring they are clean and functional.

Operational Support

• Support the locker room team during golf tournaments, special events, and peak periods.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies and amenities.
• Support general clubhouse operations as needed, including opening and closing procedures.

• Ability to lift lightweight supplies and stand for extended periods.
