Director of Partnerships

About Advantage HQ

Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.

We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.

Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.

We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded Director of Partnerships to build and scale one of our most important growth channels: strategic partnerships and referrals.

Our strongest client relationships often originate from trusted introductions. We now want to turn that advantage into a predictable, scalable revenue engine.

Your mission is to build a high-performing ecosystem of referral and strategic partners who consistently introduce Advantage HQ to qualified consumer brands.

These partners may include marketing agencies, fractional CMOs, consultants, technology providers, private equity firms, e-commerce operators, and other influential leaders within the DTC ecosystem.

This is not a traditional relationship management role. You will be responsible for building partnerships that generate measurable commercial outcomes, not simply expanding a contact list.

You will own the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting high-value partners to activating relationships, generating qualified introductions, and converting those opportunities into revenue alongside our Sales team.

Success means building a network of highly engaged partners who consistently think of Advantage HQ when their clients, portfolio companies, or industry peers need help scaling.

What You'll Own

Strategic Partnership Development

• Identify, recruit, and establish partnerships with agencies, consultancies, fractional CMOs, technology providers, private equity firms, and other businesses serving high-growth consumer brands.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CMOs, investors, and senior executives who can introduce Advantage HQ to qualified prospective clients.
• Develop a targeted partner acquisition strategy focused on organizations with strong access to our ideal customer profile.
• Identify complementary service providers and develop mutually beneficial referral and co-selling relationships.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, referral arrangements, and strategic collaborations that create long-term value for both parties.

Partner Activation & Relationship Management

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring relationships remain active, productive, and commercially valuable.
• Develop structured partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement programs.
• Equip partners with the positioning, messaging, case studies, and resources needed to confidently introduce Advantage HQ.
• Establish recurring partner meetings, executive introductions, and relationship-building initiatives that consistently generate opportunities.
• Identify underperforming partnerships and implement strategies to improve engagement and referral activity.
• Become a trusted commercial partner to the people and organizations within our ecosystem.

Pipeline & Revenue Generation

• Own partner-sourced pipeline and new revenue targets.
• Drive a consistent volume of high-quality introductions to qualified DTC and e-commerce brands.
• Work closely with our Sales team to ensure partner referrals are properly qualified, tracked, followed up, and converted.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate sales cycles through warm introductions, joint conversations, and executive relationships.
• Monitor referral-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-client conversion rates.
• Take accountability for the commercial performance of the partnerships channel.

Partnership Systems & Scalability

• Build the processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms required to scale our partnerships program.
• Establish clear partner segmentation, prioritization, and activation frameworks.
• Develop referral tracking, attribution, reporting, and partner compensation processes.
• Create dashboards to measure partner activity, pipeline generation, revenue contribution, and overall channel performance.
• Leverage CRM systems, AI, and automation to improve partner discovery, engagement, relationship management, and reporting.
• Continuously refine our partnership model to make it more efficient, repeatable, and scalable.

Strategic Initiatives & Market Development

• Identify new partnership opportunities across emerging channels, technologies, and industry ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Marketing on partner events, webinars, content collaborations, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent Advantage HQ at relevant industry conferences, networking events, and executive gatherings.
• Build relationships with influential operators and decision-makers across the broader e-commerce ecosystem.
• Bring market intelligence, competitive insights, and new business opportunities back to the leadership team.
• Work directly with executive leadership to shape the long-term direction of our partnerships strategy.

Who You Are

You are an experienced partnerships leader who understands how to turn relationships into predictable business growth.

You have a strong network within the digital marketing, e-commerce, or technology ecosystem, and you know how to develop relationships with senior executives who control or influence meaningful commercial opportunities.

You are equally comfortable opening new doors, building relationships over time, negotiating commercial arrangements, and working with Sales teams to convert introductions into clients.

You are commercially driven and understand that the ultimate measure of a successful partnership is the business it generates.

You think systematically. Rather than relying on occasional introductions, you know how to build repeatable processes that continuously generate new opportunities.

Most importantly, you are proactive, highly accountable, and comfortable building a function with significant autonomy.

Experience We Value

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel partnerships, business development, alliances, or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling referral or strategic partnership programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Experience within digital marketing agencies, professional services, consulting, marketing technology, or the broader e-commerce ecosystem.
• Established relationships with agency founders, fractional CMOs, consultants, e-commerce executives, investors, or other relevant industry leaders.
• Experience owning partner-sourced pipeline, revenue targets, and commercial KPIs.
• Strong understanding of referral agreements, revenue-sharing models, co-selling arrangements, and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent executive relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience developing repeatable partnership playbooks, systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution, ownership, and measurable results.

What Success Looks Like

Your performance will be measured primarily by the commercial impact of the partnerships you develop.

Key metrics include:

• Partner-Sourced Revenue: New monthly recurring revenue generated through strategic and referral partnerships.
• Partner-Sourced Pipeline: Total value of qualified sales opportunities generated through partners.
• Qualified Introductions: Number of qualified prospective clients introduced to Advantage HQ.
• Active Revenue-Generating Partners: Number of partners consistently generating meaningful business opportunities.
• Partnership Conversion: Conversion rates from introductions to qualified opportunities and closed clients.

Why Join Advantage HQ

This is an opportunity to build and own one of the most important growth channels within a rapidly scaling business.

You will have the autonomy to develop our partnership strategy, establish high-value industry relationships, negotiate commercial structures, and build the systems required to turn partnerships into a sustainable revenue engine.

You will work directly with executive leadership and collaborate with experienced Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Client Services teams.

We are looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful, develop an influential network within the consumer brand ecosystem, and be rewarded for the business they generate.

Compensation & Location

• $270,000 to $810,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
• Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
• North America required, with a strong preference for candidates based in the United States.

If you are excited to join the leadership team, build a world-class partnerships organization, own a major company-level revenue number, develop an exceptional network of strategic and referral partners, and help transform Advantage HQ's partnerships channel into a predictable, scalable revenue engine, we would love to hear from you.
