Short Summary:
Join Blueprint as a Data Center Operations & Systems Technician, where you will execute data center installations, repairs, and operational response activities across various systems.

Responsibilities:
- Independently install, rack, stack, cable, configure, test, and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems.
- Perform and validate server and hardware repairs, component replacements, and equipment deployments.
- Monitor server, network, and device health; analyze alerts and resolve issues.
- Configure and validate network devices and communication protocols.
- Image and deploy servers, applying updates and validating completion.
- Plan and coordinate installations and maintenance activities.
- Perform daily system checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation and prioritize resources based on urgency.
- Generate operational and project-status reports.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data center operations or a comparable technical environment.
- Ability to independently install, maintain, troubleshoot, and decommission infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
- Experience with server imaging and deployment environments.
- Strong documentation discipline and ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Ability to work onsite and meet physical requirements of the data center environment.
