Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Customer Billing Support Agent with fluency in German and English to provide high-quality support to customers, respond to billing-related inquiries, and troubleshoot common issues.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service by following established policies and processes.
- Manage and respond to customer-support tickets within service-level agreements.
- Provide customers with relevant information and next steps in a clear manner.
- Support customers with billing-related questions and account concerns.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures to diagnose and resolve common issues.
- Communicate complex information clearly in writing.
- Work across multiple tools and systems to resolve customer situations.
- Meet established customer-satisfaction and service-level expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Research and resolve escalated issues.
- Serve as a point of escalation for customer inquiries.
- Support additional customer-experience initiatives as assigned.
Requirement:
- At least one year of customer-service experience.
- Written and verbal fluency in German and English.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfort using computers and working across multiple systems.
- Ability to perform initial troubleshooting of common issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Strong customer focus and interest in helping people.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and conduct research.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
