Focus:

• Shape product priorities and strategic plans that connect customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Guide new solutions and enhancements through planning, development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
• Partner with engineering, quality assurance, sales, and customer-facing teams to coordinate product delivery and resolve competing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital services through AI capabilities, automation, third-party integrations, and evolving technology.
• Develop business cases for product investments, including potential revenue, profitability, and partnership opportunities.
• Translate customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
• Monitor adoption, customer experience, and product performance while supporting successful releases and coaching less experienced team members.

Skill Set:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related product-focused role, with demonstrated ownership of initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of technology products, customer needs, commercial priorities, and the factors that influence successful product decisions.
• Experience with UCaaS, VoIP, or cloud communications is highly preferred, although candidates with relevant experience in other technology sectors will be considered.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software development, technical operations, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product development tools, Agile workflows, APIs, and software delivery practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present recommendations and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid capacity in the Southwest, Florida area or surrounding communities. Experience in managed services or MSP environments is a plus, but not required.
