Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Professional Services to lead the growth and execution of complex technology infrastructure and security initiatives across government and commercial markets. Focus:

• Direct professional services operations across telecommunications, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and integrated physical security solutions, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop growth strategies that expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and generate new opportunities within federal and commercial sectors.
• Oversee complex technical programs from initial design and resource planning through installation, integration, inspection, and final delivery.
• Guide the development of secure network architectures, physical security systems, and active shooter preparedness programs while maintaining applicable technical and safety standards.
• Lead internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners, establishing clear expectations for project quality, financial performance, schedules, and accountability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, operational improvements, financial forecasting, and organizational development.
• Support government contracting pursuits, proposal development, and customer engagement while ensuring alignment with procurement requirements and contractual obligations.

Skill Set:

• Extensive experience designing secure telecommunications networks, physical security plans, and active shooter programs, with a strong understanding of integrated security technologies.
• Relevant technical or professional credentials such as RCDD, RTPM, CPP, CISSP, or comparable qualifying experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large, multifaceted telecommunications and security projects involving multiple subcontractors, technical disciplines, and delivery phases.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement, federal contracting practices, and the requirements associated with public-sector project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead business development initiatives, manage client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and balance growth objectives with operational performance.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and successfully complete required background investigations.
• Experience with federal defense or law enforcement programs, industry engineering standards, government contracting tools, or advanced professional education is highly valued.
