Build AI solutions that change how a business works. Our client is creating a new opportunity for a hands-on technical professional to turn everyday operational challenges into practical AI applications. You will work directly with senior leaders, choose projects with meaningful business value, and personally bring those solutions to life.

This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports or dedicated development team. It offers ownership from initial discovery through deployment, employee adoption, and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities

• Find high-value automation opportunities by examining how teams work and where manual handoffs slow delivery.
• Turn business priorities into a focused delivery plan, balancing expected impact, implementation effort, and available resources.
• Personally architect, build, test, and launch AI applications, agents, and workflows that employees can use in daily operations.
• Connect AI capabilities to existing applications and data sources through practical integrations.
• Apply automation to document-heavy processes, operational oversight, and technical workflows while evaluating custom development versus available products.
• Help employees adopt new solutions, establish appropriate data and access safeguards, and track performance after launch.

Qualifications

• A track record of personally delivering AI solutions in live business settings, supported by clear examples of your contribution and results.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI, language models, agents, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience connecting business tools through APIs, Python, JavaScript, low-code platforms, or comparable integration methods.
• Ability to work with executives and department leaders, translate operational needs into technical plans, and explain tradeoffs clearly.
• Confidence owning delivery independently, including troubleshooting, rollout, and ongoing improvements, without a dedicated development team.
• Consulting, solutions architecture, or automation experience in organizations with lean technical resources is a plus.
