🚀 Blockchain Tech Lead / Architect (Stellar / Soroban / Rust)
📍 Location: EU preferred
🗣 Languages: English (B2+ required), Spanish (Conversational — strong plus)
💼 Format: Full-time / Project Lead
We are looking for a Tech Lead / Architect with hands-on experience in Stellar, Soroban, and Rust to lead a blockchain project, conduct technical deep dives with potential clients, and drive architectural decision-making.
This is not a purely hands-on developer position — we need someone who can fearlessly discuss system architecture, trade-offs, and integration strategies directly with Spanish-speaking/global clients while guiding the engineering team.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Lead technical conversations, defend architectural choices, and run pre-sales/discovery sessions with clients.
Architecture & Leadership: Design robust smart contracts (Soroban) and backend/blockchain integration layers using Rust & Stellar.
Team Guidance: Oversee code quality, review technical designs, and mentor developers on Soroban/Rust best practices.
Delivery: Partner with project managers and client stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete technical roadmaps.
🛠 Core Requirements
Tech Stack: Commercial experience with Stellar, Soroban smart contract framework, and Rust.
Role Experience: Proven track record as a Tech Lead / Software Architect, or a Senior Developer with strong readiness to own technical leadership.
Communication: English (B2+) for team and client interactions.
Client-Facing Mindset: Comfortable presenting technical solutions, explaining complexity in plain terms, and handling technical client pushback.
🌟 Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Location: Based in the European Union (EU).
Languages: Conversational Spanish is a big plus (our current clients are Spanish speakers, though an English-speaking/bilingual PM will support the project).
