We are looking for an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of software development and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience working in the IT/software development environment, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT and software development projects.
- Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain project timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Organize and follow up on project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Prepare regular project status reports and presentations.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
- Assist Project Managers in monitoring project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Use AI tools to support project documentation, reporting, research, and productivity.
- Perform other project coordination and administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant project coordination experience, preferably within the IT or Software Development sector.
- Strong understanding of software development and IT project environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity, documentation, analysis, and project support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, time-management, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
