Short Summary:
BlaBlaCar is seeking a talented lawyer with experience in tech companies to join their Legal team. The role involves supporting the growth of the marketplace and international expansion, focusing on various legal areas including commercial contracts and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor to the marketplace, bus, and train business teams across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage pre-litigations and litigations.
- Draft and negotiate all types of contracts.
- Collaborate with internal partners to respond to regulatory requests.
- Address day-to-day legal matters in an expanding business.

Requirement:
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer in an EU country, preferably in start-ups or tech companies.
- Knowledge of commercial issues like e-commerce and consumer protection.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Full working proficiency in English and French; proficiency in an additional language is a strong asset.
- Fit with BlaBlaPrinciples; experience in the transport industry is a plus.
