Short Summary:
Bitdeer Energy Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to support field execution, scheduling, and contractor coordination for data center builds and power plant facilities. The role involves ensuring safety, quality execution, and field activity tracking on-site.

Responsibilities:
- Project Execution Oversight: Ensure construction execution aligns with design and contractual requirements.
- On-Site Safety Leadership: Audit field safety compliance and enforce adherence to OH&S regulations.
- Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Oversee subcontractor Inspection Test Plans and manage quality check-sheets.
- Contractor & Field Activity Coordination: Oversee weekly construction planning and participate in planning meetings.
- Material & Delivery Verification: Inspect incoming equipment and materials for compliance.
- Progress Tracking & Turn-Over: Maintain daily construction logs and assist with punch-list inspections.

Requirement:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering Technology, or relevant Journeyman Trade Certificate.
- Experience: 7-10+ years of field-based industrial construction experience in Alberta.
- Certifications: CSO/CSTS-20, Standard First Aid, and training in Hazard Identification or QA/QC practices. CRSP or NCSO designation is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of safety practices, quality inspection protocols, and ability to read construction drawings.
