Who You Are:

You are a curious, collaborative designer early in your career with strong creative instincts, a love of the craft, and an eagerness to learn, contribute, and make great work. You understand the fundamentals of typography, hierarchy, color, composition, imagery, and layout, and you care about getting the details right, from spelling and brand standards to image resolution, file organization, production specs, and deadlines.

You are curious about the idea behind the work and interested in designing beyond the page, learning how an identity moves across presentations, screens, signage, environments, digital touchpoints, and the larger attendee experience.
