Senior Product Manager Job in Remote | Binariks

Binariks is looking an experienced  Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and vision for software solutions in the life sciences domain, with a focus on clinical platforms. A platform designed to model patient recruitment and visit schedules, optimizing workflows for predictable clinical trial outcomes. In this role, you will align technical capabilities with industry-specific needs to deliver innovative digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high market relevance, exceptional user satisfaction, and adherence to top industry standards. What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5+ years of experience in product management within the life sciences or software development industry
• Experience in developing and launching software products, ideally with exposure to RBQM, central monitoring, and oversight solutions
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, particularly in clinical trials, RBQM, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the product life cycle from conception to launch, aligning product vision with customer needs and business goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the life sciences sector
• Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and functionalities in collaboration with engineering, sales, and customer support teams
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve success
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and industry experts to gather insights and feedback for continuous product improvement
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support materials
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to RBQM and clinical trial oversight
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
• Manage all other duties as needed or assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs

Will Be a Plus:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment within the life sciences sector
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes
