Binariks is looking for a Middle Strong QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join us in building a greenfield mental health platform focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based digital interventions and helping academic institutions provide effective support for students.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of both the student-facing mobile application (iOS and Android) and the web-based administrative console, combining manual testing with test automation.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes
Hands-on experience in test automation for web and mobile applications
Experience setting up QA processes and test automation frameworks from scratch
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions, and AWS environments
Experience using AI-powered tools for testing efficiency
Experience in the Healthcare domain, with an understanding of HIPAA requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Your Responsibilities:

Perform manual and automated testing of the student-facing mobile application (iOS and Android) built with React Native, as well as the web console
Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests for mobile and web applications
Perform API testing of Node.js backend services, including server-side role-based access control (RBAC) and data isolation across universities (multi-tenancy)
Conduct cross-browser testing of the web console, covering the current and previous browser versions
Perform testing on real target devices before each release
Test AI-powered features, including compliance with safety rules and proper escalation of potentially risky cases
Validate integrations such as push notifications, SMS, email, and video delivery
Run automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) across AWS environments
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, bug reports, and test traceability in Jira
