Lead Generation Specialist

Binariks is looking for an experienced Middle/Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented specialist who can independently manage outbound lead generation campaigns, identify new business opportunities, work closely with Sales and Marketing, and contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and processes.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role in the IT industry

• Strong understanding of outbound lead generation and prospecting processes

• Good understanding of the IT services market and B2B sales cycle

• Experience working with international markets, preferably the US and/or European markets

• Ability to learn fast

• Upper-Intermediate English and higher

• Proactive approach and willingness to test new ideas and approaches

• Time management and self-organization skills

• Strong attention to detail and data quality

Responsibilities:

• Planning, launching, and managing outbound lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels

• Conducting in-depth research of target companies, markets, industries, and decision-makers

• Building and maintaining high-quality prospect lists according to defined ICP and qualification criteria

• Managing LinkedIn profiles and Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach

• Working with CRM daily

• Making fundamental research of the companies and contacts within the focus markets and target companies

• Working closely with Sales Managers to define ICP, target accounts, messaging, and campaign priorities
