Data Analyst

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled  Strong Middle/Senior Data Analyst (Contractor) to serve as a key player in transforming, validating, and modeling complex product datasets for large-scale enterprise clients. This role is designed for a true Excel Guru who also possesses strong Python scripting skills to automate pipelines and process massive datasets.  You will be responsible for designing complex data transformation "recipes," analyzing chaotic e-commerce/PIM data feeds from major companies, and bridging the gap between advanced spreadsheet modeling and backend automation.  About the project: an AI-powered platform that automates data wrangling tasks, helping teams transform messy and inconsistent data into clean, reliable feeds for Product Information Management (PIM) and e-commerce systems. The platform reduces manual work, minimizes human error, and accelerates data-driven operations. It is a  part-time position . What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or BI
• 3+ years of daily, expert-level use of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets in data-intensive environments
• Deep proficiency in writing complex formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, array formulas, advanced logical nesting, LAMBDA functions)
• Expertise in Power Query (M-code) and Power Pivot for data modeling, alongside handling massive sheets with complex dependencies
• At least 2 years of practical experience using Python for data manipulation, particularly with the pandas and NumPy libraries
• Proven track record of managing and structuring big datasets from major companies (PIM systems, ERP catalog migrations, or e-commerce databases)
• Experience with schema mapping, handling duplicates, resolving null values, and parsing nested metadata
• Familiarity with writing unit tests (using pytest) and analyzing code performance
• Solid experience with relational databases (SQL) and querying data
• Strong understanding of Git workflows
• Strong systematic problem-solving aptitude—you are self-motivated and can independently tackle abstract data structures
• Excellent communication skills to discuss data logic with non-technical stakeholders and developers
• English Level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher (the role involves direct alignment on business rules)

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with PyArrow or Apache Arrow data types
