Short Summary:
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to gain firsthand experience in the digital assets space, develop skills, and expand professional networks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Binance in-app VIP communities (EN/CN) and Telegram channel; enforce access control.
- Produce daily community content; optimize posting cadence and engagement; provide community support for VIP marketing campaigns.
- Propose and execute community growth plans; produce execution reports and summaries.
- Handle daily VIP client swag inquiries and swag data maintenance.

Requirement:
- Community or content operations experience; able to independently plan and execute community activities.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams and drive timely delivery; strong at information sync and execution follow-through.
- Proficient with CRM/analytics tools to track KPIs; strong written communication in both English and Chinese; able to produce data reports.
- Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and research; available 5 full working days per week with a minimum 6-month contract.
