Responsibilities:
- Track market updates and regulatory shifts: Continuously monitor changes in regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, Danish Gambling Authority, ADM) to identify compliance impacts, perform gap analyses, and ensure operational readiness;
- Oversee security and technical certifications: Manage end-to-end audit processes and lifecycle compliance for technical and security certifications—including Change Management Process (CMP), Information Security Management Systems (ISMS/ISO 27001) and RNG—in direct collaboration with independent testing laboratories;
- Draft and revise organizational policies: Develop, review, and update internal compliance procedures and technical security policies to align with evolving international standards and specific regulator mandate;
- New jurisdictions: Evaluate regulatory specifications and translate regulatory rules into actionable technical requirements for relevant cross-functional teams;
- Cross-Teams Interactions: Cross-functional collaboration, Aligning requirements and processes across teams (dev, devops, security, bam, tam, legal), International teams (laboratories) collaboration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical compliance, QA engineering, or technical auditing within the igaming industry;
- Previous experience performing gap analyses, maintaining change management records, and analyzing market-specific regulatory requirements;
- Direct experience collaborating with independent testing laboratories;
- Working familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 standards and RNG systems;
- In-depth understanding of key igaming regulatory frameworks (e.g., MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, Danish Gambling Authority, ADM);
- Language proficiency: Russian and English – Advanced.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical technical auditing experience.
