Role overview:
As a People Partner, you’ll be the main HR point of contact for assigned teams, building strong, trust-based relationships with employees and managers. You’ll support people development, motivation, and engagement while helping to create an effective and positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key HR processes within assigned teams, including onboarding, HR 1:1s, retention, performance management, talent management, and exit processes.
- Build strong relationships with employees, support their development, address individual needs, and help resolve workplace challenges.
- Partner with managers on employee motivation and retention, development, performance, and talent or capability gaps.
- Gather employee feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to improving HR policies and processes.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, motivation, team spirit, and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, other People Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent HR practices and share best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years of experience as a People Partner.
- Hands-on experience with key HR processes, including onboarding, retention, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
- Experience partnering with managers on people-related topics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and handle sensitive situations with a high level of professional ethics.
- Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced; English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Polish labor law.
