Role overview:

As a Game Designer, you will develop innovative game concepts for BGaming. You will contribute to the design quality of large-scale projects and work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including developers, programmers, artists, animators, and QA specialists. We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in a wide range of video game types.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of game design documents and other accompanying game documentation.
• Monitor and control the product throughout the entire development lifecycle, collaborating with all team members, including artists, animators, composers, developers, and others.
• Participation in the analysis of statistics and the ability to influence the strategy for game launches and market promotions.
• Organize and participate in game testing, collecting feedback, and implementing improvements.
• Competitor analysis and market research.
• Analysis of performance indicators for our games.
• Hypothesis formulation and verification.
• Propose enhancements for key stages of product development.
• Preparation for and analysis of the results of AB testing.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer, or 1+ year of experience specifically in slot game design.
• Strong scripting and game design skills.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of different gaming platforms.
• Creative and innovative approach to game design, with the ability to generate new ideas.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills.
• Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt ideas and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment and focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
• Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced; English — Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of scripting and/or programming.
• Knowledge of UX design.
