Short Summary:
BetterHelp is seeking a focused and driven Provider Acquisition Specialist to help grow its network of licensed therapists. The role involves recruiting therapists to work with insurance clients and optimizing processes while maintaining a sustainable work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit licensed therapists to join the BetterHelp network.
- Manage the onboarding process through various communication methods.
- Optimize recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales, recruiting, or SDR role in a quota-carrying performance-based environment.
- Experience selling to or recruiting providers (doctors, nurses, therapists) is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with a high volume of calls, emails, and follow-up tasks.
- Ability to manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with tech software such as Outreach.io, Hubspot, and GSuite.
