Short Summary:
BetterHelp is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to enhance access to mental health care. The role involves supporting therapists, improving clinical quality, and contributing to product development in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support via email to the therapist network.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and therapist questions.
- Audit qualitative, quantitative, and episodic data, providing actionable feedback.
- Monitor clinical capabilities of therapists applying to BetterHelp.
- Conduct outreach to therapists for feedback and satisfaction improvement.
- Articulate new product ideas for the Clinical Product Liaison team.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and communicate them to the organization.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department and participate in public speaking events.
- Support QA efforts as BetterHelp enters the insurance marketplace.
- Provide peer consultation and training to International Clinical Operations Consultants.
Requirement:
- Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work.
- At least 1 year of experience as a BetterHelp therapist in the last 2 years.
- Analytical and metrics-driven with a data-based decision-making track record.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking.
- Comfortable with media interviews and social media appearances.
- Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a customer-centric environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
