The Opportunity

The Casino Experience Manager leads the creative development and campaign execution of player engagement experiences across BetMGM Casino. The role turns engagement strategy into polished, player-facing activations, including free-to-play games, quests, challenges, tournaments, progressive jackpots, Live Casino promotions, cross-sell experiences, and other gamified campaigns across channels and regulated markets.
Working across Casino, Creative, Content, CRM, Product, and third-party game studios, this manager develops campaign concepts and creative briefs, defines asset requirements, and coordinates activations from early concept through launch. The role partners with the relevant teams on player messaging and delivery, helping create a consistent experience across touchpoints. Where needed, the role may also provide creative support for select campaigns, supplementing internal or external design resources. The role uses player insights and campaign results to strengthen creative decisions and improve future activations.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative production and campaign development for Gaming Experience initiatives, from initial concept and positioning through launch and post-campaign refinement.
• Develop integrated campaign concepts for free-to-play games, quests, challenges, tournaments, jackpots, Live Casino promotions, cross-sell journeys, and other engagement mechanics.
• Create clear creative briefs that define the player proposition, campaign narrative, audience, messaging hierarchy, visual direction, required assets, channel adaptations, timelines, and approval needs.
• Provide hands-on creative development for select Gaming Experience campaigns, producing campaign assets when appropriate and supplementing internal or external design resources when additional capacity is required.
• Partner closely with Casino Engagement Manager, Brand, Creative, Promotions, CRM, Casino Content, Product, VIP, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver cohesive, player-first campaigns aligned with broader BetMGM priorities.
• Serve as the day-to-day creative and production lead for third-party game studios and suppliers, providing direction, consolidating feedback, reviewing concepts and assets, and ensuring work meets brand, product, regulatory, and technical requirements.
• Guide the creative identity and presentation of engagement experiences across lobby placements, CRM, in-product messaging, paid and owned channels, and supporting promotional materials.
• Own campaign production plans, asset trackers, review cycles, dependencies, approvals, and launch-readiness checkpoints across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Guide the development and refinement of player-facing copy, promotional messaging, naming, calls to action, experience instructions, and supporting operational materials in partnership with relevant teams.
• Facilitate concept reviews and creative critique sessions, balancing player appeal, brand consistency, feasibility, market requirements, and commercial objectives.
• Improve creative workflows, templates, briefing standards, asset specifications, documentation, and supplier operating processes to increase visibility, consistency, and speed to market.
• Manage external production relationships and assigned campaign budgets, including scope alignment, estimates, timelines, deliverables, and invoice or spend tracking where applicable.
• Use customer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and campaign results to identify opportunities and strengthen future creative and campaign decisions.
• Coordinate QA of player-facing experiences and assets across devices, channels, and markets; track issues and ensure creative defects or inconsistencies are resolved before launch.
• Communicate campaign status, creative recommendations, launch risks, and decisions through concise briefs, presentations, recaps, and stakeholder updates.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for Casino Engagement campaign development, creative production, and external studio collaboration.
