About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project & Content Manager to join our Art Direction team in Munich. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up of photo and video productions across all channels. Acting as a key operational partner to the  Art Direction team, you will support all organisational and administrative aspects of creative productions, from pre-production and on-set execution to post-production delivery. 

You will manage project timelines, stakeholder coordination, production workflows, and asset management to ensure efficient execution across multiple shoots and campaigns. This role requires exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment.  

Key Responsibilities 
• Support the coordination of production planning from briefing through final asset delivery (including timelines, schedules, and project documentation), in close communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.  
• Manage administrative processes, including SAP purchase orders and budget-related tasks.  
• Organise product logistics, deliveries, returns, and sample handling, incl. support on styling days and provide on-site assistance during shoots.  
• Coordinate post-production workflows and asset delivery by maintaining and organising digital assets across Figma, SharePoint, PicDrop, and related platforms.  
• Ensure project files, production documents, and creative assets are structured, up to date, and accessible.  
• Support asset reviews, feedback rounds, approvals, and final handovers.  
• Maintain clear documentation and archive processes for each project.   

Qualifications Required
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.  
• 5+ years of experience in project management, creative production, content operations, or a similar role within fashion, e-commerce, or agency environments.  
• Degree or professional background in a creative field (e.g., design, styling, visual arts) and/or management area desired.  
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.  
• Experience coordinating photo and video productions.  
• Proficiency in Figma and/or other design tools and Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint, SAP, DAM systems, PicDrop, or JIRA is a plus.  
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to support operational and on-site production tasks.
