The Role

You'll own product-led growth end to end: identifying opportunities in the data, designing experiments, and shipping improvements alongside engineering and design. You'll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and product leadership, with the autonomy to move quickly and make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Work On

Organic growth loops. Make it easier for existing users to bring their friends to Beli. Improve conversion at natural sharing moments and discover new opportunities for growth.
New user activation. Help new users reach their first rankings, first friends, and first personalized recommendations as quickly as possible, including those who join without an existing network.
Retention and engagement. Understand what makes Beli a habit and build experiences that keep users coming back whenever they're deciding where to eat.
Experimentation. Build and run a rigorous, high-tempo A/B testing practice that helps the team learn quickly and make better product decisions.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in growth product management at a consumer mobile app, or an equivalent background in growth engineering or data science with direct ownership of product execution.
A proven track record of improving acquisition, activation, or retention, with measurable results.
Strong understanding of referral loops, network effects, and lifecycle growth.
Strong analytical skills, fluency with AI tools, and comfort working with large datasets.
Extensive hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
Excellent judgment, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action. You move quickly, work through constraints, and know when to experiment versus investigate further.
A willingness to be hands-on, build and ship things yourself, and collaborate closely with a small team rather than delegating execution.
You use Beli.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on experience and skills. This position also includes equity as part of the total compensation package.
