Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level System Engineer to join our intel team. The System Engineer supports the management of engineering and programmatic actions for an HPC project. The role will require someone who is a “go-getter” and will be able to handle multiple concurrent activities and be willing to work with project teams to follow up on outstanding actions. A system engineering/technical background will benefit their understanding of the work and terminology to facilitate success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases:
Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:

Salary Range: $105,000 to $200,000

Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- A High School Diploma or GED plus six (6) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area).
- OR
A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus two (2) years of systems engineering experience. - OR
A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. - OR
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
