Business Systems Analyst I
Business Systems Analyst I
Behavioral Innovations | Dallas, TX (onsite) | Full-Time, 40 hours per week | Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Ready to learn the systems that keep a growing ABA therapy organization running? This role is built to be a launchpad. You will start with Salesforce, with a coach beside you and a clear path ahead, and add Power BI, Dayforce, and Python process monitoring as your confidence grows. You will help our teams get the access, fields, and reports they need to support the families and clients we serve.
What You'll Do
- Work the Salesforce ticket queue: set up and adjust permissions, add fields, and create new objects under a manager's direction.
- Manage Power BI workspace and report permissions, answer user questions, and begin learning basic report development.
- Build and update Dayforce reports and run bulk data uploads, using a test-first process with review before anything loads.
- Monitor documented Python processes, spot errors, do light investigation, and escalate with a clear write-up.
- Ask good questions early so every request is clear before anything changes.
Success looks like Salesforce requests resolved on time, users getting the access they need, Dayforce uploads that load cleanly, and Python issues caught early.
What You'll Bring
- A knack for spotting gaps or ambiguity in a request and asking for clarification before work begins.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, complete work.
- The judgment to follow documented processes, notice when something does not match, and know when to stop and escalate, especially around permissions and sensitive data.
- Clear written communication that people outside Technology can understand.
- Curiosity, a fast learning curve with new software, and enjoyment in figuring out how systems fit together.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas.
Nice to have, not required: prior experience with data, reports, spreadsheets, and administrative systems or similar analytical work.
Where This Role Can Take You
This is a true growth role. You will build skills toward a Salesforce Administrator or BI Developer path, with support along the way. We are a high growth, fast paced organization, and we hire people who live our values: Caring, Accountable, Collaborative, and Family-Focused.
