Responsibilities:
- Manage profit and loss for assigned merchandise assortments.
- Develop and execute strategic merchandise plans to maximize product sales.
- Analyze product demand and evaluate vendor capabilities.
- Create inventory plans and assess supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing for promotional strategies.
- Monitor merchandising costs and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirement:
- 5-8 years of merchandising experience in Lifestyle classifications with 3+ years of management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Preferred: SQL skills and a graduate degree in a related field.
