Short Summary:
At Bed Bath & Beyond, we believe that everyone should “Be You!” and foster an inclusive environment. The Associate Merchant will support the development and execution of merchandising strategies, manage product lifecycles, and analyze business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of seasonal merchandising strategies for assigned categories.
- Assist in building assortments that align with customer trends, brand positioning, and financial objectives.
- Recommend pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Analyze weekly and seasonal sales, margin, inventory, and customer trends.
- Own designated product categories within the assortment and ensure merchandise assortments remain current.
- Build productive relationships with vendors and supplier partners.
- Analyze customer purchasing behavior and market trends.
- Ensure merchandising calendars and milestones are achieved.

Requirement:
- This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
