Creative Lead - Social (UK, Remote)

What should a brand's video do in its first 3 seconds? If you have strong opinions on that, keep reading.

Beautiful Destinations has one of the largest travel audiences on social, 50M+ people. Now the world's biggest travel brands want us to run their social too, always-on, at a pace of hundreds of pieces of content a month. We're looking for the creative leader who decides what great looks like, and makes it happen for every one of them.

Beautiful Destinations is a multi-award-winning travel marketing company built where travel, the creator community and technology meet. We started as an Instagram account in 2012. Today we reach a community of 50M+ travelers and work with a network of 500+ creators, filmmakers and storytellers around the world.

We partner with tourism boards, hotel groups and travel brands to make content that works across the whole traveler journey, from the first spark of discovery to the moment someone books. Behind it sits an AI-enabled content platform and more than a decade of our own travel performance data.

Human creativity and authentic storytelling come first. Always. Technology is how we scale them.
