Short Summary:
Bazaarvoice is seeking Bilingual Content Moderators to read, analyze, and apply codes to user-generated content in English and Dutch. This part-time position requires a commitment to a semi-flexible schedule of 16-29 hours per week, including weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
- Read, assess, and apply codes to user-generated content including text, images, and videos.
- Regularly review performance feedback to minimize coding errors and meet performance metrics.
- Attend coaching calls and check in on non-scheduled days as needed.
- Utilize Google Applications and online communication tools to manage performance expectations.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international credential, or 7+ years of professional content moderation experience.
- Professional-level fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in one of the specified states.
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and assess content swiftly.
- Must have a reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet.
