You will get a front-row seat to building a venture-backed hard-tech company from the ground up. ## Tasks * **Go-To-Market & Growth:** Design, execute, and scale outbound experiments, validate customer discovery loops, and help sharpen our commercial positioning. * **Fundraising & Strategy:** Partner directly with the founders on fundraising preparation, investor pipelines, market research, and financial modeling. * **Operations & Scale:** Help transition early commercial momentum into repeatable internal operations, managing special logistics, procurement, and setup projects. * **Talent Acquisition:** Work closely with the team to identify, source, and interview early core team members as we scale our engineering and commercial pipelines. * **Zero-to-One Execution:** Step into any critical business gap—whether structural, operational, or commercial—and build solutions from scratch ## Requirements * **Mindset over Manuals:** You exhibit extreme agency, an urgent work ethic, and immense grit.
