About the role
At Banijay, big ideas need people who can bring them to life.
As our AI Creative Technologist, you’ll help shape the future of entertainment - turning emerging AI capabilities into powerful tools, products and workflows that unlock our teams’ creative potential.
From first spark to everyday adoption, you’ll blend creative instinct with technical expertise to build, test and launch solutions that make a real difference across Banijay Entertainment.
You’re already immersed in generative media, with a deep understanding of how models, prompting, pipelines, conditioning and automation work together. You know how to connect those capabilities, experiment with purpose, and turn technical possibilities into standout creative work.
This is a hands-on creative and technical role for someone who loves making things work — bringing together generative AI, prototyping, creative production and workflow development to help shape how Banijay creates.
Bring your curiosity. Push the possibilities. Build what’s next.
Key responsibilities
You’ll turn emerging AI technology into creative possibilities and practical impact across Banijay Entertainment. Working with our labels, operating companies and central teams, you’ll uncover opportunities and build the prototypes, products and production workflows that bring bold ideas to life. From first experiment to wider adoption, you’ll combine creative instinct, technical expertise and product thinking to deliver solutions that empower our people and create measurable value.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Spot the opportunities that matter. Map existing experiments, understand user needs and build a prioritised pipeline of AI initiatives that address real business challenges and open up new possibilities for creative production.
- Turn ambition into action. Shape ideas with stakeholders, translating their needs into clear product briefs, specifications and achievable roadmaps, with delivery plans and meaningful measures of success.
- Build, experiment and bring ideas to life. Take a hands-on lead in developing working prototypes, AI-powered tools and production workflows. Connect generative AI with creative technology to explore what’s possible and make it work in practice.
- Connect the expertise to deliver. Collaborate with developers, data scientists, project managers and external partners to take solutions from concept to launch. Where needed, lead technical implementation using platforms such as AWS and third-party services.
- Test in the real world. Evaluate and integrate emerging tools, supporting operating companies as they trial solutions in production settings. Assess pilots against agreed quality, time or cost objectives, gather user feedback and refine the experience.
- Make success travel. Turn proven pilots into reusable solutions and repeatable Group capabilities, supported by clear documentation, effective handovers and workflows that teams can confidently adopt.
- Build momentum through adoption. Partner with the adoption lead on engaging demonstrations, user testing and practical guidance, helping teams embed new tools into everyday work and improve them over time.
- Keep creativity moving forward. Stay close to developments in generative AI, creative technology and product development, identifying practical ways to strengthen our solutions and expand what our teams can create.
