Engineering Manager [AI Platform]

Title: Engineering Manager [AI Platform] Location: Worldwide

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager for AI Platform, the team that builds and supports internal AI platforms used across the company.

You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, own delivery end to end, and work closely with Product, Data, and AI teams on scope, priorities, and the platform roadmap. This is a hands-on role: beyond people management, you will take an active part in shaping the architecture and making technical decisions within the team.

Challenges that await you:

• Build and lead the team across hiring, planning, task decomposition, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration
• Own and drive the development of internal AI platforms from concept to production, and keep them reliable as adoption grows
• Turn recurring needs from product teams into reusable platform capabilities rather than one-off solutions
• Ensure strong team performance and reliable, on-time delivery aligned with company and business goals
• Partner closely with Product, Data, and AI teams, and with the internal teams who use the platforms, to understand their needs and drive adoption
• Make well-reasoned build-vs-adopt decisions, including evaluating, integrating, and extending open-source solutions
• Shape the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience leading engineering teams, including hiring, people development, performance, and delivery management
• Proven experience leading teams in AI, ML, or data-driven engineering environments as well as training models on your own
• Strong technical background with hands-on development experience and the ability to validate technical decisions independently
• Experience taking AI-powered products or services from concept to production including measuring their impact through A/B tests or other metrics
• Ability to translate ambiguous business and product requirements into clear technical solutions and priorities
• Strong cross-team communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Product, Data and business stakeholders
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team

Our ways of working:

• Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
• Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
• Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
• Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
• High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

• Relocation support to one of our hubs — Cyprus, Spain or Georgia — with assistance for the employee and their family
• Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
• Healthcare Coverage
• Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
• Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
• Vacation Policy: Annual leave and paid sick leave as per applicable policies
