Intern Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the Quality Data Governance team and internal Business Area stakeholders
- Analyze and trend quality data to identify performance patterns and improvement opportunities
- Participate in special projects focused on process improvement, root cause analysis, or data-driven problem solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and process quality
- Development, Implementation and Maintenance of metrics that directly and indirectly support the Quality and Quality Management System (QMS) improvement activities including analyzing SCARs / NCs / SVRs / Delinquencies
- Assist Quality Engineers with daily tasks and ongoing project support
