Short Summary:
The Platform Engineer is an infrastructure specialist focused on providing shared foundations across teams within a Value Stream. You design and deliver organization-wide SDLC technical improvements and reduce toil through automation.
Responsibilities:
- Build complex, multi-stage workflows and automate SDLC steps using AI tools.
- Lead Azure provisioning in IaaC mode and govern both local and cloud environments.
- Design and implement comprehensive frameworks that provide actionable insights into infrastructure health and application performance.
- Proactively explore and integrate agentic AI into engineering workflows to optimize delivery.
- Identify recurring manual tasks across different teams and build centralized solutions to solve them once for the entire organization.
Requirement:
- 5–7+ years of experience in similar infrastructure or DevOps roles.
- Advanced expertise in CI/CD tooling and the organization's core full-stack technologies.
- Systematic problem solver capable of resolving issues that span multiple layers of technology.
- Balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability, ensuring all infrastructure is production-ready, secure, and scalable.
