Short Summary:
Azul is seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Program Manager for a six-month contract role to lead engagement with the revenue organization, focusing on onboarding, enablement cadence, content development, and maintaining the enablement platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build Sales Kickoff 2027, including agenda design and content development.
- Develop onboarding plans for new hires and conduct weekly touchpoints.
- Coordinate monthly Sales All Hands and Power Hours.
- Curate and maintain onboarding curriculum and develop new courses.
- Administer the sales methodology platform and report on onboarding progression.
- Deliver AI enablement and distribute weekly AI briefings.
- Partner with enablement analyst on engagement and program reporting.
Requirement:
- Five or more years in sales or revenue enablement, sales operations, or comparable program management within B2B technology.
- Demonstrated facilitation experience and proven program execution discipline.
- Strong writing and process documentation capability.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience and practical familiarity with AI tooling.
- Data literacy across spreadsheets, CRM reporting, and engagement analytics.
