Short Summary:
Join Axon and be a Force for Good. The Solutions Architect position is a technical role responsible for providing guidance and consulting for client-facing solutions leveraging Axon 911's call handling systems.

Responsibilities:
- Define technical solutions aligned with client business problems.
- Assist regional partners with scoping complex deployment solutions.
- Work with sales team on new opportunities and provide continuity for architecture and roadmap exercises.
- Prepare model RFPs and responses to customer RFPs.
- Perform research on different technologies for integration.
- Provide thought leadership and ensure customer engagements align with Axon 911's best practices.
- Assist delivery teams with deploying technical solutions and resolving technical issues.

Requirement:
- Experience in a technical role in the public safety industry.
- Architectural mindset with the ability to view solutions from multiple viewpoints.
- Extensive experience in a Professional Services environment.
- Vast experience with AWS and Azure Cloud Platform.
- Proven experience in business analysis and designing solutions.
- Knowledge of networking and the OSI model.
- Understanding of VoIP and Streaming Technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
